Exposure Triangle Simulator

Privacy policy

The short version: if you sign up for the cheat sheet, we keep your email to send it and occasional photography tips. We never sell it. Everything else on this site works without telling us anything.

What we collect

  • When you sign up for the cheat sheet: your email address, and if you choose to give them, your first name and what kind of camera you use. We also record which page you signed up from.
  • When you use the simulator and calculators: nothing is sent to us. Your training mission progress and whether you have already signed up are saved only in your own browser — in local storage and a cookie that unlocks your cheat-sheet download — and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
  • Server logs: our host, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses and browser type to run and secure the site.

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell any data.

How we use it

  • To send you the cheat sheet you asked for.
  • To send occasional photography tips and updates about new lessons and tools. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand which lessons people find useful, using the camera type and sign-up page you gave us.

Who can see it

Sign-ups are stored with Netlify, which hosts this site and processes the form. If we move our mailing list to an email service, your details will be stored there under the same terms. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email.
  • See or delete your data: contact Itay Binyamin through itaybinyamin.com and your details will be removed.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Last updated October 1, 2026.
